Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager located in Pune. The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, developing sales strategies, segmenting markets, and managing various projects. The CRM Manager will coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent service delivery and identify opportunities for improving client engagement and growth.


• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Customer handling.


• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with customers


• Client Management: Centralizes customer data for easy access and better service.


• Lead Tracking: Manages and nurtures leads to improve conversions.


• Policy Tracking: Monitors policy renewals and automates reminders.


• Communication: Streamlines client interactions and personalized engagement.


• Cross-Selling: Identifies opportunities for upselling and retention.

Qualifications:

1) Preferably any Graduate & Insurance certifications like Licentiate / Associate from III will be preferred.

2) Customer Relationship Manager experience in any CRM Role Company or Insurance Broking Company.
