Experience Required: 3+ Years About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and driven IT Recruiter to join our team at our Bangalore office.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment-E2E. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions from requirement gathering to onboarding
  • Collaborate closely with client hiring managers to understand job requirements and project timelines
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with stakeholders, and manage candidate feedback
  • Maintain and update applicant records.
  • Ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to internal and client-side stakeholders.
  • Should open for domestic business travel if required. Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (RPO or client-side experience preferred)
  • Good understanding of various IT technologies, tools, and hiring trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
