Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across search engines, social media platforms, and display advertising channels.

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve desired ROI, conversion rates, and sales growth.

Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, SEO analysis, and SEO tools integration to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.

Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide regular reporting insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product development) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.

Perform competitive analysis and keep up with the latest SEO & SEM trends to stay ahead of industry changes.

Implement and oversee link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.

Optimize website structure, content, and meta tags for better search engine indexing and ranking.

Monitor and improve website speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall technical SEO.

Create and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posting, guest posting, and PR outreach.

Develop and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns for enhanced brand visibility.

Ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and best practices to prevent penalties.

Test and analyze landing pages to maximize conversions and user engagement.

Stay updated with algorithm changes and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.

Proficiency in Google Ads Search & Display Platforms; knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of Performance Marketing principles, including PPC/SEM/SEO best practices.

Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.

Hands-on experience in WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms for SEO implementation.

Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven marketing strategies.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
