Job Title: Operations Manager – Tours & Travel

Location: Aurangabad

Experience: 1-3 years (preferably in the travel & tourism industry)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our tours and travel business. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth coordination between departments, manage vendor relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end travel operations including itinerary planning, bookings, logistics, and tour execution.

* Coordinate with sales, ticketing, accounts, and customer service teams.

* Maintain relationships with hotels, transport vendors, and tour partners.

* Handle group and individual tour arrangements efficiently.

* Monitor and streamline processes to enhance service quality and profitability.

* Ensure smooth handling of documentation including visas, insurance, and travel compliance.

* Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

* Supervise and guide the operations team.

* Prepare reports and track budgets and vendor payments.

Requirements:

* Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in travel operations or tour management.

* Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.

* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Good knowledge of travel systems, vendor coordination, and documentation processes.

* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience managing domestic and international travel itineraries.

* Proficiency in MS Office or travel booking software

* Exposure to both B2B and B2C travel operations.

Reporting To: Owner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
