Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Mumbai (Traveling involved)

Department: Office of the COO

Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Role Purpose:

The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting the COO by compiling, analyzing, and comparing data across various functions of Della Townships. The position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to handle large datasets, and the skill to convert raw information into actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and organize data from multiple business units and project sites.
  • Conduct data comparison and analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and presentations for the COO.
  • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret data.
  • Maintain and update centralized databases for project and operational tracking.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Travel to project locations/offices as required to review and validate data.
Job Expectations:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior management.
  • Ability to work independently under strict timelines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in real estate, construction, or township projects.
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with project management and reporting in the real estate sector.
