Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects and contribute to the development of advanced analytic solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from diverse sources to ensure data integrity and reliability.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify complex datasets' trends, patterns, and anomalies.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored insights.

- Design and implement predictive models and analytical tools to enhance decision-making processes.

- Document methodologies, findings, and insights clearly and concisely for stakeholder review.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application in data analysis is a plus.
