Job description:

About Us:

We are a growing organization seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage and maintain our financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting, proficiency in Zoho Books, and a solid understanding of GST, TDS, and invoicing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage company funds with accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices.
  • Manage GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliation.
  • Calculate and manage TDS deductions, deposits, and related compliance.
  • Work on Zoho Books for accounting, invoicing, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support in audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on receivables.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounting and financial management (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Zoho books
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
