Role Overview :

As an Analyst, you will support supplier enablement and procurement operations within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. You will work directly with suppliers to implement client requirements, facilitate onboarding, and ensure smooth process execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate supplier registration and onboarding activities.
  • Conduct supplier training on the P2P process and tools.
  • Provide timely reports, analysis, and updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve operational queries.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
  • Support standard order and invoice processing within procurement systems.
  • Work effectively in a global environment, including evening shift (6 PM – 3 AM) support.

Requirements :

  • 1+ years of experience in supplier management or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in documentation and issue resolution.
  • Basic knowledge of P2P tools and processes (end-user functionality preferred).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving tasks to completion.
