Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who will be responsible to Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the COO and departmental heads. Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

• Communication liaison: You are responsible for leading and relaying information between executive team members and other staff members. Lead and facilitates key business unit meetings, provides an overall picture of productivity to executives and stakeholders, and then transmits information to the department heads.

• Consultation: As analyst you provide data analysis and metrics of the company's productivity to the executive team, then suggest strategic initiatives to improve workflow, teamwork, and budget management.

• Problem-solving: As data/business analyst, you wield decision-making power to identify business issues and provide workable solutions, then communicate only the pertinent details to the executive team and business unit team members, who may or may not follow up with additional direction.

• Project assessment and facilitation: Whenever the CXO execute a new initiative or special project, you'll assess the risk, cost, and work required to achieve it, then facilitate and oversee the enterprise to completion.

• Able to handle highly sensitive information while still being able to complete tasks and work with peers.

• Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CXO and executives on special projects

• Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications

• Strong client facing skills to be able to communicate with key stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate concise and highly polished updates

• Has PMO or similar skillsets for data management development projects to run client facing technology projects.

• Lead team of 2 people to technology delivery client facing and key internal projects.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in business administration.
• 10+ years in a business or executive management role.
• Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
• Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
• Experience with data management and technology teams.
• Consulting experience with a focus on operations management.
• Proven success in a project coordination role.
• Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions.
