What Youll Do

  • Act as the go-to subject matter expert on Company Law, SEBI, FEMA, and ROC compliances.
  • Lead and oversee regulatory compliance frameworks, ensuring governance across all business functions.
  • Standardize templates, formats, and processes for board meetings, filings, and day-to-day compliance.
  • Drive in-depth analysis on restructuring, acquisitions, debt raises, private equity transactions, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide foresight on compliance needs for upcoming transactions, enabling strategic decision-making.
  • Spearhead multiple private equity and debt funding rounds with investors and financial institutions.
  • Manage due diligence, FEMA filings (FC-GPR, FC-TRS, ODI, APR, Downstream Investments), while liaising with banks, consultants, and auditors.

What Were Looking For

  • Qualified Company Secretary/Legal with 712 years of experience.(Male - preferred)
  • Strong expertise in SEBI, FEMA, and compliance.
  • Proven track record in IPO, fundraising, M&A, and restructuring projects.
  • Experience working with start-ups, investors, and private equity firms is highly desirable.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
