As a Territory Sales Executive/Territory Sales Manager at Skylark Group Dhaar Pashu Aahar, your role is crucial in driving sales and distribution of animal feed products within the designated territory. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers to ensure market expansion and consistent growth in sales. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Identify new market opportunities, drive product promotions, and optimize sales performance. - Onboard and manage distributors in the assigned area, ensuring timely product availability. - Monitor distributor performance regularly and provide support to enhance sales. - Identify and develop new retail outlets, drive awareness campaigns, and farmer interactions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, retailers, and distributors. - Address customer queries and concerns related to product usage and benefits. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the animal feed industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market expansion. - Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in the designated territory.
