We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and linens.
- Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they meet the required qualifications and skills.
