We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OET Trainer to prepare healthcare professionals for the Occupational English Test (OET). The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons focused on all four OET sub-tests—Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking—tailored to healthcare contexts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English language instruction and familiarity with medical terminology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online training sessions for OET candidates.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with OET standards.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on student performance through mock tests and assignments.
- Design customized learning strategies based on individual student needs.
- Stay updated with the latest OET exam format and evaluation criteria.
- Maintain accurate student records and track progress.
- Assist in curriculum development and resource preparation.
- Motivate and mentor students to build their confidence and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in English language training, preferably in OET or IELTS.
- Strong understanding of healthcare communication and terminology.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a student-centred teaching approach.
- Ability to manage time and adapt lessons according to student needs.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a healthcare professional or teaching healthcare English.
- Certification from OET
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹16,000.00 per month
