Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage wet processing operations including slurry preparation, mixing, agitation, filtration, and pumping systems.

  • Operate and monitor slurry tanks, agitators, filter presses, hydrocyclones, and chemical dosing equipment.

  • Ensure consistent process parameters such as pH, viscosity, and solid content.

  • Collaborate with QA/QC, R&D, and Maintenance for process improvements and troubleshooting.

  • Enforce strict compliance with ISO standards, GMP practices, and EHS protocols.

  • Maintain daily production records, process reports, and documentation required for audits.

  • Supervise and guide production teams to ensure process efficiency and safety.

  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and proper documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and EHS compliance.

Requirements
Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in wet processing, preferably in clay, cement, or chemical industries.

  • In-depth understanding of wet chemistry, slurry systems, and material flow dynamics.

  • Experience in handling batch and continuous process operations.

  • Knowledge of quality systems, audit compliance, and process documentation.

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
