Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan and control daily production activities to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with various functions such as planning, purchase, quality, and dispatch to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle manpower effectively by allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
  • To Look Production of all Calciner and hydrous plant.
  • Implement rejection control measures to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the Mining industry.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, controlling, dispatch planning, manpower handling, and rejection control principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
