Role Description

We are looking for an AI Replenishment Lead to oversee and optimize our replenishment operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ohkla The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and managing AI-driven replenishment systems, analyzing inventory patterns, predicting demand, and ensuring optimal stock levels across all channels. The role involves collaboration with supply chain teams, developing scalable algorithms, monitoring system performance, and delivering data-driven insights to refine replenishment strategies. The AI Replenishment Lead will also lead cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AI and machine learning concepts, with expertise in algorithm development and demand forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in inventory management, replenishment optimization, and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and operational excellence frameworks in retail or e-commerce settings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical analysis, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is highly desirable.
