Core Responsibilities:
The AI Product Lead will be responsible for driving the Strategy, development and implementation of innovative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Product Leadership & Strategy
- Establish and take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Service Enablement products, ensuring they align with both organizational objectives and customer requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver products that are impactful and scalable, effectively addressing market demands.
- Continuously evaluate and adapt the product strategy to remain responsive to changing market conditions and customer feedback
Discovery & Value Mapping
- Collaborate with customers to gain insights into their business challenges, workflows, and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for AI (e.g., copilots, automation, predictive analytics, personalization) to deliver tangible value.
- Assess and calculate the ROI and time-to-value for AI features or solutions.
Solution Design & Architecture
- Develop comprehensive AI solutions that encompass all stages from data sourcing to model selection, integration, and user experience.
- Collaborate with product teams, engineering, and partners to assess and establish technical feasibility.
- Construct reference architectures, proofs of concept (POCs), and demonstration environments, with a particular emphasis on platforms such as Moveworks and Aisera.
- Drive packaging, and go-to-market strategy based on customer insights and market trends.
AI and Emerging Technology Integration
- Assess and incorporate advanced AI capabilities, such as large language models (LLMs), autonomous agents, machine learning workflows, and AI-based decision-making frameworks.
- Partner with AI/ML research and engineering teams to create innovative features that enhance service delivery and support models.
- Stay updated on trends in AI and productivity platforms to apply relevant technologies.
Technical Enablement
- Conduct interactive workshops, pilot programs, and proof-of-value (POV) projects with customers to showcase AI capabilities and collect valuable feedback.
- Oversee the integration of AI APIs, models, and platforms into current systems to guarantee a smooth user experience.
Customer & Market Insight
- Develop an understanding of user personas and pain points to drive effective product design.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure product differentiation.
- Analyse product usage data and customer feedback to optimize features and outcomes.
- Capture learnings from customer deployments and feed insights back to product teams for roadmap alignment.
Qualifications:
- Over 7 years of experience in leading AI engineering or related roles, with a proven track record of success in product development.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), and recommendation systems.
- Experienced in leading AI product development and engineering teams, with a hands-on approach to proofs of concept (POCs) and technical implementations.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI and intelligent workflow systems.
- Expertise in identifying AI use cases: Ability to assess a wide range of AI applications and develop feasible solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Proven ability to single-handedly execute proof of concepts and proof of value projects, demonstrating potential AI solutions to the organization.
- Customer-focused mindset with a history of delivering impactful AI solutions.
- Experience working with platforms like Moveworks and Aisera is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
- Knowledge of AI products available in the market, with the ability to conduct comparative analysis to evaluate ROI and support informed decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with industry-standard technologies, including OpenAI, LangChain, AutoGPT, and platforms like Moveworks and Aisera for AI application development
- Capability to establish benchmarks for current systems and measure the success of AI solutions rolled out, informing decision-making and strategy.
