Role - Assistant Manager, Custom Brand Solutions
Join CarTrade Tech, India's No. 1 Auto Media Group, in the Enterprise Solutions Team.
We are looking for a creative and commercially driven individual to develop bespoke branding strategies and drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and pitching compelling value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
You will be the architect of integrated brand campaigns, responsible for:
- Strategy & Ideation:
Interpreting client briefs, conceptualizing digital-led 360-degree solutions (content, media, social, events), and leading brainstorming sessions. - Research & Trends:
Conducting user behavior research, and staying ahead of global digital trends to apply them for clients. - Collaboration:
Working closely with Sales, Editorial, Design, and Product teams to develop proposals and ensure seamless execution. - Execution & Pitching:
Creating full media solution proposals (rollout, budget, logistics), maintaining vendor relationships, and securing client approvals.
Capabilities Needed
This role demands a balance of strong marketing creativity and commercial acumen. You must translate brand challenges into effective, revenue-maximising solutions.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience:
Master's Degree (Business/Marketing) and 1+ years of solid brand solutions/marketing experience in the Media Industry. - Skills:
Strong understanding of market dynamics, proven track record in strategy development, and a data-driven, creative mindset. - Traits:
Exceptional interpersonal skills, rapid learner, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
