Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Hyderabad. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, providing personalized travel advice, securing reservations, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Daily tasks include booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services, as well as offering travel suggestions and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and arranging Travel Plans
  • Experience in Customer Service and managing Reservations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience with travel booking software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
