Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Travel Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a Full-Time position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in guiding clients through travel arrangements, ticketing, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your pivotal role will be to facilitate seamless travel experiences for our esteemed clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 4-6 years as a travel consultant or similar role in the travel industry.
  • Extensive customer service experience with a focus on finding effective travel solutions (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in sales strategies to effectively promote and sell travel packages (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong ticketing skills to manage flight and accommodation bookings efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Deep understanding of booking management to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Ability to advise on travel policies and assist clients with travel regulations and requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various travel destinations and tourism trends to offer informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and partners effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
  • Book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Advise clients on travel needs, itineraries, and travel advisories.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to resolve issues and ensure a positive travel experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, partners, and be proactive in learning new offerings.
  • Support sales activities through advisement of travel packages that best suit customer needs.
  • Collaborate with industry contacts to schedule travel and create travel itineraries that meet client specifications.
  • Review travel arrangements and bookings to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
