About the Role:
As we continue to expand across B2B and B2C markets, we're looking for an enthusiastic HR Associate to support our growing team and strengthen our people operations.

Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
  • Process monthly payroll, reimbursements, and expense claims.
  • Manage employee data and documentation (onboarding, exits, and HR files).
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain compliance records.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offer letters, and induction sessions for new hires.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute monthly engagement activities and internal events.
  • Conduct feedback sessions and support employee recognition initiatives.
  • Maintain internal communication channels and ensure a positive work environment.

4. Performance & Support

  • Help implement performance review systems and maintain evaluation data.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Familiarity with payroll, attendance systems, and basic HR tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
