About Company: Company is into Manufacturer and Exporter of Active pharmaceutical ingredients (API's), Intermediates and Speciality Chemicals since 1979, having manufacturing GMP unit.

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA - Marketing

Experience: 3 Years To 5 Years in experience in API PHARMA DOMESTIC

Job Details:

  • Knowledge and experience API Bulk drug Industry is must
  • Execute sales strategy in the attainment of achieving the annual budget
  • Increase market share of existing products and qualify as source with potential customers for existing and new products
  • Coordinate with supply chain team for effective distribution management
  • Maintain receivables within budgeted norms
  • Participate in exhibitions for business promotion
  • Responsible to introduce Company profile in Pharma Market
  • Responsible for the business from new Clients
  • Achievement of quarterly and annual renewal and new sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Ability to provide analytical data for the sales of the product in weekly, monthly & yearly format
  • Gathering data on competitors, analyzing market prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits
  • Identifying the right business partner.
  • Appointing media agency and liaising with them for effective branding exercises.
  • Developing marketing strategy
  • Planning and implementing company and product launch
  • Setting, tracking and achieving annual target. Introducing new products
  • Training Medical Representatives for new product launches
  • Measuring effectiveness of the marketing strategies.
  • Inter-departmental coordination for order execution, etc.
  • Ability to provide analytical data for the sales of the product in weekly,monthly & yearly format.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel/Word and other MS office applications
  • Team management, interpersonal relationship management skills
  • Leadership & Negotiation skills
