We are looking for a Cyber and Digital Security Specialist to be part of our IT Security and Compliance team.

The role:
In this position, you are responsible for establishing and maintaining security products, platforms and solutions designed to ensure and enhance network and OS security across Nestlé Group. You are responsible for the coordinating the Management and configuration of Nestlé Systems to ensure Compliance with Nestlé standards and industry best practices. You are required to deliver vision with strong technical skills in physical security technologies and a working knowledge of IT Security technologies. You will proactively work with IT and business units to implement practices and technologies that meet defined policies and standards for information security while supporting business requirements.
What you'll do:
As a Security Specialist you will: - include key responsibilities of what the candidate will have to do on daily/regular basis.
Ensure security gateways are configured to protect the Nestlé network while supporting business requirements.
Provide technical security expertise to address business needs or critical situations.
Provide strategic risk guidance for IT projects and product management, including the evaluation and recommendation of technical controls that are compliant with Nestlé standards
Liaise among the information security team and corporate compliance, audit, legal and HR management teams as required.
Understand and interact with related disciplines to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all product groups; technology projects and systems, including, but not limited to, privacy, risk management, compliance and business continuity management.
Work closely with Enterprise Architects, other functional area architects and other Security Specialists to ensure adequate security solutions are in place throughout all IT products and platforms to mitigate identified risks sufficiently and to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Develop the business, information and technical artifacts that constitute the enterprise information security architecture and solutions.

What will make you a great fit?

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or 6 years
equivalent work experience.
Microsoft operating system security experience.
Cloud environment /Azure security
Strong understanding of networking and network security
Experience in effective communication at different level in the organization and in English.
Bonus Points If You: - up to 3 additional requirements that can be a plus, but not required and could be teachable on the role.
PKI/Digital Certificate Management
Programming (PowerBI/Python/PowerShell)
