The Eli Lilly and Company Capability Center, India (LCCI) is constantly expanding the Information and Digital Solutions team as part of Lilly's broader Tech strategy with , to support current and future Technology needs across the enterprise.

LCCI is looking for Cyber Security Interns ,We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Intern to join our security team. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world security challenges, tools, and processes. You will work under the guidance of experienced cybersecurity professionals to help protect our systems, networks, and data from evolving threats.

Job Location:-Bengaluru

Qualification and Eligibility criteria BE/BTech in Cyber Security, OR related Engineering discipline

Preferred Certification/working knowledge of  Red teaming , blue teaming , Cloud Security concepts , Cyber incident management ,SIEM, network concept , knowledge in writing scripts , Power BI dashboard development

What we would look for We are looking for highly motivated Cyber engineer who will be contributing to the design, development and maintenance of Lilly's Cyber Tech  stack and products.

In this role you will be required to investigate, learn, analyze, design, research, prototype and implement/deploy Cyber Security capabilities and features using various cutting-edge and latest technology.

• Vivid learner, with strong interest to experiment on new ideas without fear of failure. Possesses a curious nature driven by the thought of continuously learning.

• A comprehensive understanding of Cyber Security concepts

• Willingness to learn any technology across the multiple Cyber security domain – Network , logging , end point , app sec , cloud sec , AI security

• Good reasoning, attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical ability

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build professional networks with diverse groups of individuals and to work effectively within geographically dispersed teams and partners

• Ability to assemble, share and apply key learnings across multiple projects

• Highly reliable self-starter with a can-do attitude and aptitude.

• Ability to think differently, and quickly run with an idea, socialize the idea within the product stakeholder community and build a prototype and productize it.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a diverse team, being in Team spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Monitoring & Analysis
  • Assist in monitoring system logs, alerts, and network traffic for suspicious activity.
  • Support incident triage and basic forensic analysis .
• Security Tools & Configurations
  • Assist in configuring and testing firewalls, endpoint protection, and encryption tools.
  • Help maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Dashboard and proactive health monitoring
  • Contribute to our Cyber health monitoring dashboards to achieve self service principle
  • Automation of repetitive tasks to achieve efficiency in our current processes specially operations processes
  • Unified experience our users to interact with Cyber services
• Research & Reporting
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
  • Prepare concise reports on findings, incidents, and recommendations.
