Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Integration Specialist to join our Integration team. The candidate will collaborate with Integration Architects and Developers to gather requirements, design, build, and optimize integrations between SAP SuccessFactors (primarily Employee Central) and various SAP/non-SAP systems. The ideal individual brings hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI/Integration Suite) and proven expertise in developing custom interfaces using scripting and transformation tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business and cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and deploy integrations between SuccessFactors and external systems using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
  • Develop and enhance integration interfaces, including mappings, transformations, and workflows.
  • Utilize XSLT, JavaScript, and Groovy scripting to build and optimize integration processes.
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure performance, stability, and data accuracy.
  • Provide timely technical support and resolution for integration issues and service requests.
  • Ensure integration solutions comply with security, scalability, and best-practice guidelines.
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SAP Cloud Integration (CPI / Integration Suite) experience.
  • Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with SAP and non-SAP applications.
  • Proficiency with SOAP/REST APIs and data formats (XML, JSON).
  • Strong skills in data transformation tools (Groovy scripting, XSLT, JavaScript).

  • Good understanding of SuccessFactors data models:

  • Employee Data, Personal Data, Foundation Objects, Picklists, etc.

  • Familiarity with HR processes and data structures.

  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • SAP Integration Suite certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding).
  • Experience with credential management, PGP encryption, and certificate handling.
