  • Assist in the implementation of business requirements for Work Packages and Change Requests related to Binary Republik projects.
  • Support the daily administration and monitoring of the Salesforce platform, growing technical and domain expertise.
  • Participate in coding, testing, and customizing Salesforce components (Visualforce, Apex, Lightning, etc.) under supervision.
  • Collaborate with more experienced developers and IT teams to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance Salesforce solutions.
  • Help document and plan application releases and updates.
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives, sharing new ideas to optimize business applications.
  • Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions, learning best practices in Salesforce administration and development.
  • Support assigned teams and resources in various application-related activities.
Skills Desired
Essential:
  • Basic knowledge of configuration and administration (users, roles, profiles, permissions, etc.).
  • Familiarity with building custom objects, fields, workflows, and business rules in Salesforce.
  • Exposure to developing solutions using Salesforce technologies: Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, Triggers.
  • Understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) and basic integration principles.
  • Skills in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (jQuery, Bootstrap experience is a plus).
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills—able to work well in a team setting.
  • Eagerness to grow project management and multi-tasking abilities.
Nice to Have: AI Integration Exposure & Skills
  • Interest in and familiarity with AI tools and technologies (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms).
  • Exposure to designing or integrating AI-powered features within business applications.
  • Familiarity with data analytics concepts, data preparation, and visualization tools.
  • Understanding of how AI and machine learning can be applied to CRM or business process optimization.
