Location: Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. Experience: 5-10 yearsPosition Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency, managing clients from the US and Australia markets, and overseeing multiple client portfolios.
You will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. . Key Responsibilities:Client Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients across the US and Australia markets. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of projects.
Develop customized digital strategies based on client objectives and industry benchmarks. Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, affiliate channels and YouTube. Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and deliver actionable recommendations for optimization.
Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI. SEO & SEM:Oversee SEO activities, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic search rankings. Implement and monitor SEM strategies, focusing on keyword research, bid management, and ad quality improvement.
Content Strategy:Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop engaging content strategies for clients. Ensure all deliverables align with client branding and messaging. Analytics & Reporting:Track key metrics and performance indicators using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present them to clients with actionable insights. Team Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content writers, designers, and developers, to execute campaigns effectively. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality delivery.
Market Expertise:Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing for the US and Australia markets. Conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities for clients. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 4-6 years in a digital marketing agency managing US and Australia-based clients.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid platforms.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing and email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, and HubSpot.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
