Engineering Manager - Process Analytics

Location: Goa

Role & responsibilities :

Engineering design and configuration of online process analyzers (e.g. Gas Chromatographs, Tunable Diode Laser, Oxygen Analyzers, Conductivity, pH, TOC, etc.)


• Preparation of P&IDs, general arrangements, and system architecture for Analyzer Systems and Shelters


• Design of Sample Handling Systems (SHS) and integration with field process conditions


• Understanding of area classifications, hazardous zone requirements, and compliance with safety norms


• Preparation of detailed engineering documents: datasheets, hook-up drawings, instrument index, panel layouts


• Hands-on support in factory testing (FAT), site installation, and commissioning activities


• Coordination with procurement, project, and QA/QC teams for execution as per design


• Interface with customers & vendors for equipment selection and technical clarification


• Ensure adherence to quality standards, and customer specifications

Preferred candidate profile


• Strong domain knowledge of online analytical instrumentation and systems integration
• Familiarity with process industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, and Chemicals
• Working knowledge of Analyzer Shelter Systems including HVAC, fire & gas detection, and related utilities
• Exposure to national and international standards (API, ASTM, IEC, ATEX, etc.)
