Job Title - Quality Engineer Sheet Metal Fabrication Mechanical Educational Qualifications - Diploma in Mechanical Production Engg Experience - 0-1 Years in Light Heavy Sheet Metal fabrication or similar industries Roles and Responsibilities - 1 Verification of stage wise processes Laser cutting Joggle bending Stud welding Spot welding Final assembly PP Film application etc 2 In-process inspection of parts produced on machines on sampling basis 3 Preparation of PDIR report Final inspection of child parts produced 4 Sampling basis inspection of Fabricated sheet metal cabinets prior dispatch to Powder coating along with respective checklist filling 5 Maintain Rejection Rework Register for in-house rejections and rework activities 6 Co-ordinate with the Quality Lead to provide field evidences Inspection report packing pictures etc in case of Product NC s received from the Customer 7 Report for any Product related abnormalities at the processing stage to resolve it or from view point of reaching a final decision 8 Co-ordinate with the design team for any new developments and inspection of new development parts with final PDIR compilation 9 Assist in aligning shop floor quality assurance activities during Quality Audits 10 Assist by Co-ordinating with the third party for job execution during onsite calibration activities at new plant and locating in-house instruments to be sent for calibration 11 Report for any Product related abnormalities at the processing stage to resolve it or from view point of reaching a final decision 12 Extracting details of all the jobs to be inspected Construction design from the Design PC through CAD interface as per the dispatch plan Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
