Job Title Quality Engineer - Location Gandhinagar Gujarat Company Pramukh Omkar Group Industry Real Estate Construction Experience Required 3-8 years preferably in high-rise residential commercial projects Education Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to oversee and ensure the highest quality standards in our high-rise construction projects The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate construction quality control especially in residential and commercial buildings and will work closely with site engineers contractors and project managers to ensure all construction work complies with safety regulations quality specifications and best practices Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor the Quality Assurance Quality Control QA QC systems at the project site Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans ITP for all construction activities Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and quality standards Review and verify the quality of materials workmanship and construction methods Maintain and track quality records NCRs Non-Conformance Reports and corrective actions Coordinate with third-party agencies for material and structural testing Ensure adherence to IS codes NBC and relevant construction standards Provide quality training and guidance to subcontractors and labor teams Liaise with project engineers consultants and client representatives to resolve quality issues Prepare monthly quality reports checklists and progress documentation Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of construction materials methods and building codes Experience in QA QC in high-rise residential commercial buildings Proficient in reading and interpreting civil drawings and specifications Familiar with IS codes NBC norms and ISO 9001 standards Attention to detail with a proactive approach to quality improvement Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of testing procedures concrete steel soil etc Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in real estate or construction sector with at least one high-rise project Certification in QA QC optional but preferred Working knowledge of MS Office AutoCAD and quality reporting tools Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
