Job Title : Finance Executive Experience : 2-4 Years Location : Delhi

Position Summary:
The Finance Executive will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the company, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoice reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and statutory compliance. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processes for corporate expenses and the travel business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process AP/AR functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Validate and reconcile invoices for corporate and travel-related expenses.
  • Prepare daily cash flow reports, MIS and ad hoc update requests from management
  • Support compliance efforts, including GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and audit schedules.
  • Liaise with vendors, business heads and external clients to resolve payment-related queries.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial operations or accounting.
  • Proficiency in tools like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of AP/AR and general accounting principles.

Preferred:
  • CA/CA Intermediate
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.

  • Strong analytical and reconciliation capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
