Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Associate at Tata Steel, based in Sukinda. The Associate will be responsible for performing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring the seamless execution of production or process workflows, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Associate will support key initiatives for improving operational efficiency, monitor assigned projects, and provide regular reporting on performance metrics. The role also involves identifying potential areas of improvement and contributing to the overall success of the team through proactive problem-solving and dedicated teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of operational processes, safety standards, and quality control.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in high-demand environments with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the metals or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
