Role & responsibilities

  1. Handle weekly food ordering based on stock levels and guest occupancy.
  2. Inspect deliveries from vendors for both quality and quantity (e.g., weight, check color, size, and packaging)
  3. Ensure proper operation of kitchen equipment (grills, refrigerators, fryers, pizza ovens, etc.).
  4. Manage & maintain a clear preparation schedule for both KST & Commie-2/3
  5. Ensure adherence to food standards, including recipe accuracy, presentation, and hygiene.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all food preparation areas inside the kitchen (tables, counters, floors, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Team player
  2. Knowledge on 3 cuisine i.e. North Indian, South Indian & Chinese
  3. Willing to operate in remote locations
