We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a proven track record of building scalable, production-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will be an expert in both front-end and back-end technologies, adept at architecting robust systems, and passionate about delivering high-performance solutions. You will be a key contributor in designing and developing data-intensive applications, managing user sessions, and enabling real-time analytics.

What You Will Do

  • Lead full-stack development from database schema design to user interface implementation, ensuring seamless integration across all layers
  • Architect and implement microservices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and optimal system performance
  • Drive React to migration initiatives, leveraging Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) to improve performance, SEO, and user experience
  • Build high-performance, responsive user interfaces using and with modern development practices
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs that power our web and mobile applications with reliability and efficiency
  • Collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
  • Own end-to-end delivery from initial design through deployment, working autonomously with minimal oversight
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire technology stack, ensuring system stability and performance
  • Manage a team under you and assign them tasks for work.

What We Are Looking ForRequired Experience

  • 8+ years of professional full-stack development experience with a track record of delivering production applications at scale
  • Expert-level proficiency in React and for modern front-end development
  • Demonstrated experience migrating large-scale applications from React to , including performance optimization strategies
  • Extensive experience building scalable back-end services and APIs
  • Hands-on database expertise with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and modern solutions like Supabase

Technical Expertise

  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture and micro frontend patterns
  • Experience with real-time data systems including message queues, event streaming (Kafka or similar), and WebSocket implementations
  • Proficiency with distributed caching solutions (Redis, Memcached) for performance optimization
  • Comprehensive database knowledge spanning both RDBMS and NoSQL systems
  • Modern development practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines

Professional Skills

  • Proven Agile/Scrum experience with project management tools like Jira
  • Exceptional analytical and debugging skills for complex, multi-system issues
  • Strong communication abilities with a customer-centric mindset and collaborative approach
  • Self-directed work style with ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TypeScript, testing frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
  • Python experience is a plus for data processing, automation, or backend services
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization, and monitoring solutions
  • Background in performance optimization and scalability challenges
  • Experience with additional database technologies and caching strategies
