We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer

to lead and execute the end-to-end design process across digital, packaging design, video, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Product packaging:

  • Design innovative and eye-catching packaging for new and existing products across various formats (boxes, labels, containers, wrappers, etc.).
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, branding, and supply chain teams to ensure packaging aligns with product requirements and brand standards.
  • Create dielines, prototypes, and final production-ready artwork for vendors and manufacturers.
  • Select appropriate materials and finishes based on budget, environmental impact, and product protection needs.
  • Conduct competitive research and stay updated with packaging design trends and innovations.
  • Ensure all designs meet regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements for the target markets.
  • Work closely with print vendors and production teams to ensure quality and accuracy in execution.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers for product photo shoots and branding projects.

E-commerce & Marketing Campaigns:

  • Coordinate with e-commerce manager and Design creatives and marketing assets for e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.
  • Develop campaign materials for promotions and sales across the website, social media, and WhatsApp marketing.

Creative Direction & Execution:

  • Lead the creative process from concept development to final execution across digital platforms, social media, packaging design, and video content.
  • Maintain brand consistency while delivering innovative and engaging visual content.

UI/UX & Content Development:

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for the company's e-commerce website and mobile app.
  • Create infographics and brochures to simplify complex product information and support user transition to a new platform.

Video & Reel Editing:

  • Edit product videos and Instagram reels to highlight key features and enhance storytelling.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand tone and drives engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, XD), Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce design, packaging, branding, and social media content.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX, color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Experience in video editing, especially for reels and product showcases.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience in D2C or consumer product brands, especially in an e-commerce context.
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
