Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Consultant based in Bangalore. The Immigration Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients regarding immigration issues, visa applications, and global immigration laws. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their immigration needs, processing visa applications, staying updated with the latest immigration policies, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Learn and understand various visa programs like Canada PR, Australia PR, Work Visa, and Investment VisasGuide clients about the basic immigration processes and requirements (Training provided) Call potential clients from assigned leads and explain our services Assist walk-in and telephonic clients with initial queries Schedule appointments and follow up with interested candidates Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients Work closely with senior team members and managers to close leads Meet weekly/monthly performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration
  • Experience with Visas and related legal processes
  • Consulting skills for advising clients on immigration matters
  • Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the immigration consulting industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹600,000.00 per year
