About the Role:

We are seeking driven, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Immigration Consultants. This role involves interacting with clients who wish to migrate, work, or study abroad. You will be responsible for guiding them through the eligibility criteria, visa processes, documentation requirements, and service offerings. Training will be provided to ensure complete understanding of immigration systems and program pathways.

Key Responsibilities:


• Make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and respond to leads generated online or through marketing campaigns.


• Understand client profiles and assess eligibility based on immigration program requirements.


• Clearly explain visa processes, timelines, fees, and documentation needed.


• Maintain strong professional communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.


• Assist in filling out forms, gathering documents, and coordinating with internal processing teams.


• Build trust and rapport with clients to successfully close cases and achieve monthly targets.


• Maintain and update CRM records, follow-ups, and progress notes regularly.


• Stay informed about immigration rules, policy updates, and new program opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.


• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.


• Ability to understand and convey information clearly and confidently.


• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.


• Any degree background is acceptable; training will be provided.


• Previous experience in immigration, sales, counseling, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
