The
Immigration Sales Consultant
will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of applying for immigration programs, including study visas, work permits, and PR pathways. The role combines consultative sales with strong knowledge of immigration procedures.

Success in this role
means effectively converting leads into clients, delivering accurate immigration advice, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the reputation of the organization as a trusted immigration advisory partner.

Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations

Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs based on current regulations

Provide accurate and up-to-date immigration advice, ensuring full compliance

Clearly explain immigration pathways and document requirements to clients

Maintain a strong understanding of immigration laws and policy changes (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, etc.)

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management

Update CRM systems with client interactions and status changes

Collaborate with processing and legal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Attend training sessions and stay informed on changes in immigration policies and procedures

Qualifications

Proven experience (1–3 years preferred) in immigration consulting or sales roles

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)

Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills

Knowledge of major immigration programs (e.g., Express Entry, Study Visa, Work Permit)

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor's degree preferred (any stream)
