Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Surveillance Manager to oversee our branch monitoring operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of Surveillance Executives, ensure real-time monitoring of all outlets, provide training, generate actionable reports, and improve overall branch security and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead a team of 10+ Surveillance Executives across multiple states.

* Monitor branch activities through live surveillance systems to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

* Conduct training sessions for surveillance executives to enhance observation, reporting, and monitoring skills.

* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for branch monitoring.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly surveillance reports highlighting incidents, trends, and actionable insights.

* Coordinate with branch managers and operations teams to address any anomalies or security concerns.

* Recommend process improvements to enhance security and efficiency.

* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in surveillance management, preferably in retail, banking, or gold/jewelry sectors.

* Strong team management and communication skills.

* Hands-on experience with CCTV/live monitoring systems.

* Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.

* Excellent observation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Flexible to travel across branches as needed.

Preferred:

* Experience in training and developing monitoring teams.

* Familiarity with security protocols and loss prevention strategies.
