Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Client Delivery Associate. The role entails managing client relationships, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing client support, analyzing needs, and aligning delivery processes to increase client value. The role also requires contributing to business goals through sales support and financial insights.

Qualifications

  • Strong Client Services and Communication skills to effectively manage relationships and expectations
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing client needs and optimizing delivery processes
  • Knowledge of Finance and Sales to support business development and client-focused initiatives
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in client delivery or project coordination roles is a plus
