About the Role -
Fast delivery depends on more than just speed - it depends on the right rider being in the right place at the right time. As the Rider Fulfillment PM, you will own rider onboarding, allocation, fallback, routing, delivery management and availability systems that power our last-mile operations.

Who you are -

  • Build and improve real-time systems for rider assignment, driver experience and routing
  • Drive initiatives to improve rider utilization, reduce late deliveries and balance peak loads
  • Collaborate closely with Rider Ops and Last Mile teams to understand operational bottlenecks
  • Define product metrics and system-level KPIs to track performance and reliability
  • Translate high-complexity logic into intuitive internal tooling and decision systems
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to scale fulfillment algorithms for a 500+ rider fleet

What We're Looking For -

  • At least 2 years of of product management experience, preferably in logistics or real-time systems
  • Experience with routing, dispatch or fleet management is highly preferred
  • Strong technical understanding and experience working with backend-heavy products
  • Ability to operate in high-pressure, high-speed execution environments
  • Excellent collaboration with engineering and ops stakeholders
