About the Role -
Product Marketing Manager

As a
Product Marketing Manager
at Altoura, you will be responsible for owning both the
story and the system
behind how we bring our products to market. You will define positioning, drive launches, and build repeatable content across multiple formats (web, briefs, case studies, demos, email, LinkedIn, webinars) e.g from solution briefs and case studies to product demos and webinars.

You will also enable Sales with sharp messaging, battlecards, and proof points while ensuring marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth. This role requires strong storytelling ability, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer teams.

Responsibilities

  • Messaging & Positioning
    : Develop and maintain the messaging framework (personas, pain points, value propositions, proof points) and keep it current.
  • Content Creation (multi-format)
    : Produce solution briefs, one-pagers, landing pages, blog POVs, LinkedIn carousels, emails, webinar promotions/recaps, demo scripts, and short product videos.
  • Product Launches
    : Create and manage GTM plans from PRD to announcement, including launch briefs, timelines, and enablement kits.
  • Sales Enablement
    : Develop battlecards, objection-handling guides, ROI/value calculators, and talk tracks; lead short enablement sessions.
  • Customer Evidence
    : Build case studies, secure quotes and references, and maintain a pipeline of referenceable customers.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
    : Conduct win/loss analysis, competitor research, and positioning updates; share insights with Product and Sales.
  • Web & SEO
    : Own product page copy, on-page SEO, and conversion hygiene (CTAs, forms, UTMs).
  • Analytics & Optimization
    : Define content goals, build simple dashboards, and run experiments to improve conversion and influence pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in
    B2B product marketing
    (SaaS or enterprise tech preferred).
  • A portfolio showcasing diverse content formats (long-form, web/landing pages, sales enablement, social).
  • Proven ability to translate technical features into business outcomes; skilled in interviewing SMEs and customers.
  • Experience in
    social storytelling
    across different formats.
  • Working knowledge of
    GA4, Search Console, CRM/MA tools (HubSpot/Marketo), and UTM best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage briefs, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Prior experience in
    enterprise SaaS product launches

    SEO/SEM strategies
    and paid campaign alignment.
  • Experience running
    customer advisory boards or advocacy programs

  • Strong design instincts for creating compelling visuals (basic Figma/Canva skills).
