PracticeGrid Solutions, a fast-growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services provider, is looking for talented
End-to-End RCM Specialists
to join our team. If you are passionate about healthcare RCM and have hands-on experience managing the complete cycle from charge entry to payment posting and denial management, we'd love to connect with you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end RCM processes including charge entry, coding validation, claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management.
  • Work on insurance follow-ups to resolve unpaid or denied claims.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with payer guidelines and company standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve collections, reduce denials, and achieve KPIs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for assigned accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end RCM (US Healthcare domain).
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and payer guidelines.
  • Experience in denial management and AR follow-up.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
