What You'll Own

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to closure.
  • Own and grow revenue from D2C brands for GoKwik's Kwik Checkout and allied products.
  • Engage with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers to co-create solutions and build trust.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align client requirements with product capabilities.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of product features to articulate business impact clearly.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious revenue and growth targets.
  • Build long-term, profitable relationships with both new and existing clients.

Who You Are

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the D2C or eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Strong network in the D2C ecosystem; experienced in selling to senior leadership.
  • Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in high-growth environments.
  • Excellent consultative selling, storytelling, value-based selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating and selling nascent, evolving product categories.
  • Confident, high ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and able to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Deep understanding of D2C marketer mindset and decision-making levers.
  • Willing to travel within and outside the region as required.
