As we expand our team, we're looking for a Title Processor who is experienced in using TrackerPro and can thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage title orders in TrackerPro
  • Ordering searches and amending Schedule A & B as required by clients
  • Ensure title commitments are updated accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with clients or stakeholders to provide timely updates on title progress
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
  • Manage multiple title files and deadlines concurrently

Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience with TrackerPro software
  • Proven ability to create, amend, and update Schedule B documents
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and punctuation
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
  • Previous experience in U.S. title processing is preferred
  • Willingness to work in the Night Shift
