Associate - Revenue Control

Job Description - The Revenue Controller is responsible for overseeing the accurate recognition, reporting, and analysis of revenue streams in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. This role ensures the integrity of revenue -related financial data, supports forecasting and budgeting processes, and collaborates closely with cross -functional teams to optimize revenue performance and compliance. Key Responsibilities -Monitor and manage the end -to -end revenue recognition process in compliance with relevant standardsReconcile revenue accounts and investigate variances or discrepanciesEnsure timely and accurate invoicing and revenue postingsCollaborate with sales, billing, and operations teams to validate contract terms and revenue triggersAnalyze revenue trends and provide insights to support strategic decision -makingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports for internal and external stakeholdersSupport audits by providing required documentation and explanations related to revenueMaintain and improve internal controls related to revenue processesAssist in the development and implementation of revenue policies and proceduresManage customer contracts, including tracking key terms and expiration dates, and proactively coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely renewals or renegotiationsParticipate in system upgrades or implementations related to revenue management Required Key Skills -Proficiency in (oracle Netsuite, Advance Excel, financial software, etc.)3–5 years of experience in revenue accounting, financial analysis, or a similar roleStrong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutionsthrough concise and clear messagingExcellent written, verbal, and analytical skillsMust be a self -starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive
