Executive Business Partner & Project Coordinator – Founder’s Office (Ex-Gartner / McKinsey / BCG / EY background preferred) Location: Remote – India Central Time Zone (CST) overlap at least 3 out of 5 weekdays – typically 6:00 PM – 1:30 AM IST Revenue Optics is redefining how private-equity-backed distributors grow. We build modern inside-sales engines powered by data, AI, and proactive customer coverage — transforming branch networks into fast-moving revenue machines. You’ll combine the precision of a consulting EA with the ownership of a Project Manager — running the Founder’s day, coordinating critical initiatives, and driving measurable progress while the rest of the world sleeps. 1️⃣ Executive Business Partner Coordinate travel, podcasts, and speaking engagements — end-to-end. Maintain absolute confidentiality and polish in all written and verbal communication. 2️⃣ Project Coordination (U.Manage short-cycle client and internal projects — tracking deliverables, timelines, and ownership in Notion/Asana. Consolidate weekly project dashboards and action trackers for client programs. 3️⃣ Business Operations Support Maintain CRM hygiene : update deals, notes, next steps. Prepare Monday/Friday summary decks: progress, blockers, wins. 4️⃣ Branding & Communications Support Founder’s thought-leadership engine — manage content calendar, coordinate design/video assets, and track engagement metrics. Liaise with podcast hosts, media partners, and association contacts for scheduling. Exceptional written & verbal English — crisp, confident, and client-facing. ~ Comfort with digital-first workflows ~ Central Time Zone at least 3 days/week (remaining days flexible for India hours). ~ Clear path toward Business Operations Leader within 12 months.
