Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors QA / Test Engineer
with strong expertise in HR applications testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules and exposure to test automation using
TOSCA
, with the ability to work independently on complex assignments and guide teams when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to understand scope and testing needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases based on requirements.
  • Execute
    functional, regression, and integration testing
    for SAP SuccessFactors applications.
  • Execute test cases, record results, and accurately log and track defects using
    Azure DevOps
    .
  • Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of
    automated test scripts and frameworks
    .
  • Execute automated test suites and analyze results.
  • Handle complex and ambiguous testing challenges and provide direction to team members.
  • Work independently on unique and highly complex assignments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior resources as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in
    QA and testing
    with a strong focus on
    SAP applications
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    SAP SuccessFactors modules
    :
  • Employee Central (EC)

  • Onboarding (ONB)
  • Performance & Goals (PM/GM)
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Compensation (COMP)
  • Succession & Development (SCD)
  • Strong understanding of
    HR business processes

  • Experience with
    manual and automated testing
    methodologies.
  • Proficiency in defect tracking and test management using
    Azure DevOps
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with
    TOSCA automation
    .
  • TOSCA Level 2 certification
    .
  • Ability to work as a
    strategic advisor
    to management.
  • Capability to work independently across multiple areas.
  • Experience contributing to strategic initiatives and innovation.
