Job Role:
We are looking for a Voice & Chat Process Executive who will play a key role in representing the company in communication with prospective students and universities. The role includes attending events on the Director's behalf when the Director is unavailable and handling voice and chat support for student inquiries, as well as sending emails to universities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Voice & Chat Support:
- Handle student inquiries via voice calls and live chat, providing information about study abroad programs, university admissions, visa processes, etc.
- Address student concerns, answer questions, and guide them through the consultancy's services in a clear and professional manner.
- Event Management (On Director's Behalf):
- Attend events, conferences, and meetings on the Director's behalf if the Director is unavailable.
- Represent the company, interact with potential clients, and ensure the company's objectives are communicated effectively at events.
- University Communication:
- Send emails and formal correspondence to universities regarding student applications, follow-ups on offer letters, scholarships, and other related queries.
- Maintain strong relationships with universities through regular communication.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Ensure that all interactions with students, universities, and event organizers are documented accurately.
- Report event outcomes, student inquiries, and university communications to the Director.
- Client Follow-Up:
- Follow up with students post-inquiry to provide updates and offer further assistance with their study abroad process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a voice/chat support role, preferably in the customer service.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hndi and Telugu to interact with students and universities.
- Ability to clearly convey information and maintain a professional tone in all communications.
- Event Management Skills:
- Experience attending or managing events, and the ability to represent the company effectively in the Director's absence.
- Email Communication:
- Proficient in drafting and sending professional emails to universities, ensuring proper follow-up and communication.
- Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely responses to student inquiries and university communications.
- Education:
- A bachelor's degree in any field, preferably related to education, communications, or management.
