Remote Teams IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, is the offshore extension of Remote Teams Pty Ltd, Australia. We provide high-quality support services to Australian businesses across Finance, Accounting, IT, and BPO operations. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals with excellent English communication skills and a background in Accounts to join our International Voice Process team and build long-term customer relationships.
This role is ideal for enthusiastic candidates who are confident in speaking English fluently and handling conversations with Australian clients. The focus is on voice and email communication for customer service, accounts-related coordination, and day-to-day business support. Basic knowledge of Accounts (Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable) will be an advantage, but the primary requirement is strong international voice process communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with Australian clients and stakeholders.
- Manage customer queries via phone, email, and messages with professionalism.
- Provide support in basic Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes (invoice follow-up, payment updates, basic coordination).
- Coordinate with internal teams, onsite Finance Managers, and Accounts Managers.
- Share daily updates and reports with customers and management as per guidelines.
- Maintain clear communication, timely follow-ups, and strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Capabilities
- Excellent English speaking and listening skills (comfortable with Australian English).
- Confidence in international voice process / customer service conversations.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts (AR/AP) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and email communication skills.
- Willingness to work in early morning shifts (Australian business hours).
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (B2B/B2C).
- Prior exposure to Accounting operations will be an added advantage.
